What is acupuncture? Acupuncture involves the insertion of very fine needles into various points around the body in order to affect health, reduce pain, or alter organ function. There are two main schools of acupuncture – Chinese and Western – which differ mainly in their explanation of the way acupuncture works.

We offer both medical and cosmetic acupuncture. Using western medical acupuncture techniques, we can treat:-

For cosmetic acupuncture, we place many very fine needles around the face and scalp. This improves muscle tone and helps diminish those fine lines. Though facial enhancement involves a series of ten treatments, many people notice a difference, a facial ‘glow’, after only a few treatments.

Cosmetic acupuncture is becoming increasingly popular. It can produce pleasing, natural-looking results and, because we use only fine needles, side effects are uncommon or only mild.
